What you will do:

• Assess, plan, and implement effective treatment plans for substance misuse clients within the secure setting.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and support.
• Conduct health assessments and develop recovery plans tailored to individual needs and circumstances.
• Provide psychosocial interventions to support clients in their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with prison healthcare standards.
• Deliver education and health promotion activities to support harm reduction and wellbeing.
• Contribute to the delivery of a high standard of healthcare, promoting best practices and innovative approaches in substance misuse treatment.
