Maintenance Joiner in Coventry, West Midlands

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading building services company in their search for a Maintenance Joiner to work across multiple sites in Coventry

For the successful Maintenance Joiner our client is offering:

• Up to £36,500 per annum (Depending on experience)
• Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week
• Permanent Role
• Company van and tools 
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Paid travel time 

The role – Maintenance Joiner:

• Fitting/repairing architrave
• Hanging/repairing doors, including fire door repairs
• Fitting/repairing cubicles
• Repair and replacement of flooring tiles and ceiling tiles
• Making repairs to cubicles, seating, and other site furniture
• Fitting/replacing locks, door closers, and all door furniture
• Installing bespoke items such as storage solutions, shelving, and boxing
• Assembling flat-packed office furniture
• General maintenance such as basic DIY and plumbing work 
• Completing PPM and reactive maintenance 
• Accurately recording PPM, reactive, and condition check data on the work app.

What our client is looking for in a Maintenance Joiner:

• City & Guilds in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent - ESSENTIAL
• Previous trade experience in one of: joinery, workshop carpentry, fitting or Previous experience in an FM building fabric role.
• Very good building fabric skills including fitting, surface preparation, marking, measuring, setting out, cutting of a wide variety of materials etc.
• Previous experience in FM or building management services
• Full Drivers License - ESSENTIAL
