Locum Band 6 Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist – Clevedon, UK

Position Overview:

• Role: Band 6 Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist (Locum)
• Location: Clevedon, UK
• Duration: Ongoing contract
• Working Hours: Full-time
• Hourly Rate: £26.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver rehabilitation services for patients referred for planned Occupational Therapy intervention in their own homes.
• Develop and implement personalised care plans to improve patients’ independence and enhance their quality of life.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation to track patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and adaptive equipment usage.
• Participate in regular team meetings to review patient progress and manage cases effectively.
