What you will do:

• Manage and prioritise your workload, ensuring all deadlines are met with high standards of written work and interventions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and reviews focussing on individual strengths and prevention to maximise independence.
• Provide essential support to carers and families, ensuring all interventions are in line with the Mental Capacity Act.
• Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments and make Best Interest decisions when necessary.
• Keep full, clear, and accurate records of all assessments, reviews, and interventions.
• Collaborate with partners, providers, and carers to manage risks and support positive risk-taking.
• Participate in team meetings to drive new ways of working, improve outcomes, and share best practice standards.
• Understand and comply with Safeguarding statutory guidelines, raising any concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Work closely with commissioning to ensure the quality of provider services and to address any issues.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including mandatory training and supervision.
