What you will do:

• Engage with children, young people, and their families within Fieldwork Teams, focusing on Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Care (CIC).
• Work effectively across several sites within the city, managing cases of children from birth to 18 years.
• Conduct Court Work where necessary, presenting clear, evidence-based reports and assessments.
• Make well-informed decisions to safeguard the welfare of children, adhering to statutory guidelines and procedures.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings, liaising with multiple agencies to provide comprehensive support.
• Provide guidance and intervention planning to improve outcomes for children and families in challenging circumstances.
