General Manager – Gaming, Arcades & Leisure

Salary:                 £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonuses (OTE £57,000)

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to launch and lead our brand-new gaming, arcade, and leisure site in SW London! This is a unique opportunity to shape the customer experience, build a winning team, and be at the heart of a cutting-edge entertainment destination.

Role:

• Oversee the pre-launch planning and setup of the site
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from day one
• Drive revenue, manage budgets, and hit key performance targets
• Ensure health & safety and compliance are always top tier
• Bring energy, ideas, and passion to a fast-paced, fun environment

What We’re Looking For:

Proven General Manager or Senior Operations experience in: Gaming, Arcades, Leisure, or Hospitality

• A track record of successful venue openings or relaunches
• Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills
• Commercial acumen – confident in hitting targets and driving growth
• High attention to detail with a focus on safety, service, and standards
• A passion for entertainment and delivering unforgettable experiences!
