What you will do:

• Provide specialised podiatric clinical interventions for a diverse and predominantly high-risk caseload, focusing on diabetic patients with various complications and co-morbidities.
• Arrange follow-up reviews to ensure a continuity of care and patient progression.
• Coordinate care with GPs and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient management.
• Utilise your post-graduate podiatry knowledge and exemplary clinical skills in practice.
• Engage in effective team-working and communication to provide seamless services.
• Operate both independently and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.
• Drive to manage the support and management of domiciliary caseloads efficiently and effectively.
