Supply Teacher in Redditch, West Midlands

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons as a Class Teacher in accordance with the National Curriculum.
• Adapt to different classroom environments within Primary Schools.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
• Mark and assess students’ work when required.
• Work on a flexible basis as a Supply Teacher, choosing the days you want to work.
• Collaborate with school staff to support children’s learning and development.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Experience teaching within Primary Schools, covering EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Ability to create a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour.
• Adaptability and a proactive attitude towards different teaching environments.
