Early Years Teacher in Worcester

Flourish Education are recruiting for an Early Years Teacher to work in a friendly and welcoming Primary School in Worcester. This part-time role (Wednesday to Friday) is in a Reception class and will run from May Half Term until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will have full Class Teacher responsibilities including planning and marking as part of a job-share. This role is ideal for those looking for a flexible position in a nurturing and values-driven school environment.

Job Role:

• Full Class Teacher responsibilities including planning, preparation and marking, shared with the other half of the job-share
• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
• Support social and emotional development within the Reception class
• Work closely with support staff and parents to monitor progress
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and learning

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience as a Primary Teacher in Early Years or KS1
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and National Curriculum
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Previous roles as a Primary Teacher, Reception Teacher or EYFS Teacher
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
