Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support across a range of subjects and age groups

• Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and pupil engagement

• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Support pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development

• Encourage and motivate students to reach their full potential

• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to support pupil progress

What We’re Looking For:

• A 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant subject (Education, Psychology, English, etc.)

• A genuine passion for working with children in a primary school setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with children (formal or informal) is beneficial but not essential

• A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to supporting learning
