• Maintain up-to-date professional registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care pathways
• Review and manage patient medication to ensure efficacy and safety
• Drive improvement initiatives to increase departmental efficiency and patient satisfaction
