Sen Teacher in Leamington Spa, West Midlands

Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher to join the team at an Outstanding Ofsted-rated independent SEN school located just outside of Leamington Spa. This long-term opportunity offers the chance to be part of a committed staff team focused on helping pupils reach their full potential and make meaningful progress in their learning and development. The school is unique and offers class based and outside learning for students.

The school caters to students aged 9 to 19 and is looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher who can foster strong, trusting relationships and deliver tailored interventions. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting students with Autism and be confident working both one-to-one and in small group settings.

This role is set to start as soon as possible and will continue until the end of the academic year, with the potential to extend into the following year for the right candidate.

Required Skills and Experience for this SEN Teacher role:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Experience working with children with SEN, in a SEN school or resource base.

Strong behaviour management

Working closely with teaching assistants, SENDCo and pupil's parents

Commitment to the role

Planning and delivering lessons

Meeting the individual needs of the students

Create a positive learning environment

Working for Flourish Education as a SEN Teacher you will receive:

• • A competitive salary of £162.31- £223.63 day rate which equates to £31,650-£43,607 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
