The Restaurant:
โข Italian-inspired menus with fire-grilled mains (BBQ weekends)
โข 500-600 covers daily; prep downstairs, open kitchen upstairs
โข Award-winning terrace + cozy winter chalet vibe with live music
โข Private events & function space
The Ideal Sous Chef:
โข 2+ years in current role (high-volume, grill/Italian experience a plus)
โข Passion for fire cooking and seasonal produce
โข Strong leadership โ can mentor junior chefs and work alongside a Napoli-trained Head Chef
โข Adaptable to menu expansion (regional Italian/pizza focus coming soon)
