Spanish Teacher – We are recruiting on behalf of an Ofsted rated GOOD Secondary School in Walsall who are looking for a full-time Spanish Teacher to join their MFL department from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious and high-performing Secondary School, well-known for its academic excellence and supportive SLT. The successful candidate will be teaching Spanish across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) until the end of the academic year in July 2026.

The Spanish Teacher role is open to both experienced practitioners and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who demonstrate a passion for languages and strong classroom presence. Planning, marking and full class teacher responsibilities will be expected.

The Spanish Teacher role includes:

• Full teaching responsibilities for Spanish across KS3 and KS4
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Marking and assessing students’ work and progress
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Maintaining excellent behaviour management and pupil engagement
• Attending departmental and whole school meetings as required

Required Skills and Experience for this Spanish Teacher role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
• Experience as a Secondary Teacher delivering MFL within a UK Secondary School
• Excellent subject knowledge of Spanish and relevant curriculum content
• Confident in delivering lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Passion for inspiring language learning and raising student attainment
