What you will do:

• Perform duty and Community Mental Health Team assessments
• Manage a caseload focusing on short-term interventions such as medication monitoring
• Provide expert assessments and interventions to improve service user outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care plans
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of procedures, safeguarding, and compliance within mental health services

Requirements:

• Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant mental health specialism
• Car driver preferable for easy access to multiple sites across Accrington
