Team Manager - Family Safeguarding in Children in Blackpool, UK. Earn £40.88 hourly for a Full Time locum role. What you will do:

• Lead a team of five social workers, including one senior social worker, and a family worker
• Ensure the health and well-being of all staff while adhering to statutory responsibilities
• Conduct pre-birth assessments, children and family assessments, and support families involved in child in need, child protection, PLO, private law, and care proceedings
• Role model and strive for good practice across all levels
• Perform regular quality assurance and high-quality personal and group supervision
• Chair various complex meetings to support best outcomes
