What you will do:

• Deliver a high-quality clinical and advisory speech and language therapy service to children and young people in mainstream schools.
• Assess, diagnose, and design interventions for a range of speech, language, and communication needs.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Develop and deliver training programmes and informative sessions for educational and healthcare staff.
• Create resources and information packs aimed at supporting both professional colleagues and families.
• Take part in case conferences and meetings to discuss client progress and future steps.
• Maintain meticulous records and contribute to service evaluations and audits.

This role requires registration with the Health and Care Professions Council, and due to the nature of the role, being a car driver is essential to reach various schools and community settings.
