What you will do:
- Conduct detailed assessments of patients' occupational and mental health needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate personalised care and treatment plans that support and inspire recovery.
- Deliver individual and group interventions aimed at enhancing daily living skills and mental wellbeing.
- Assess and prescribe assistive equipment to bolster patient independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to provide holistic and seamless care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute actively to multidisciplinary care planning.
- Participate in service development, audits, and ongoing professional training.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to junior staff and students as appropriate.
