What you will do:

• Implement child protection and safeguarding processes, ensuring the welfare of children.
• Conduct assessments and formulate care plans based on systemic principles and signs of safety.
• Work closely with children and their families to achieve positive outcomes.
• Prepare and present evidence at court hearings as required.
• Collaborate effectively with multi-agency partners and colleagues in compliance with child care legislation.
• Maintain clear communication channels within the child’s network.

This dynamic opportunity requires you to have excellent communication skills and extensive experience in the field. You must be 3 years post-qualified and registered with Social Work England without any restrictions. A full driving licence and vehicle are essential for fulfilling the requirements of the role. The role is office-based, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
