Key Responsibilities:

  • Client-Centred Care: Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults with mental health needs, guided by the THRIVE Framework.

  • Assessment and Case Management: Conduct thorough assessments, hold a personal caseload, and deliver treatment based on theoretical models and best practice.

  • Therapeutic Interventions: Offer direct therapeutic input, including formulation, psychological interventions, and engagement with families where appropriate.

  • Risk and Care Planning: Complete comprehensive risk assessments and care plans, ensuring clients’ safety, wellbeing, and recovery goals are met.

  • Multi-Agency Support: Deliver consultancy, support, and supervision to colleagues and partner agencies, promoting collaborative and integrated service delivery.
