This is an exciting opportunity to join Buckinghamshire’s countywide Autism and ADHD Team, supporting individuals aged 18 and over through a strengths-based and least restrictive practice model.

This ongoing locum role offers £31.00 per hour and the flexibility to work full-time or part-time—perfect for maintaining a healthy work-life balance while developing your professional portfolio in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Care Act Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments, and determine best interest outcomes in accordance with current legislation.

  • Complete Community Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS) assessments, as well as Continuing Healthcare (CHC) checklists and Decision Support Tools (DSTs).

  • Operate from a strengths-based approach, ensuring practices remain least restrictive and person-centred.

  • Triagize and prioritise referrals, maintaining a streamlined and responsive case management process.

  • Collaborate confidently within a multidisciplinary team (MDT), working closely with health professionals, community partners, and internal colleagues.
