The Role:
Our client is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Assistant General Manager to join a thriving venue in the city. We're looking for someone with a strong wet-led background and experience in high-volume venues. You must hold a personal licence and be flexible with both early morning and evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing day-to-day operations alongside the General Manager
• Managing large teams and fostering a positive team culture
• Demonstrating strong financial awareness
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences during peak trade
• Training and developing your team to maintain brand standards and uphold all health and safety procedures
• Supporting business targets by working with the management team to create structured plans that drive revenue and control costs
