What you will do:
- Deliver intensive rehabilitation services to patients, helping them to regain functional independence.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to devise personalised treatment plans that meet each patient's unique needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand the abilities and challenges of each patient.
- Provide specialist interventions and adapt environments to enhance patient success and comfort.
- Support and educate families and caregivers to continue the rehabilitation process at home.
- Maintain accurate records and liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

Requirements for the Occupational Therapist role:
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Demonstrate recent UK experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably within the NHS.
- Be registered with the HCPC and ready to hit the ground running.
- Must hold a valid driver's licence owing to the community-based nature of this role.
