What you will do:

• Provide care and support for young people following the Children's Homes' policies and customise care to individual needs.
• Foster a safe environment that encourages skill development and community participation.
• Maintain and organise personal files, complete reports, and ensure record accuracy.
• Administer first aid when necessary and contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming home.
• Encourage participation in daily activities, including preparing meals and planning confidence-building exercises.
