Social Worker - Children & Families Team in Exeter (UK), earning £38 per hour Hourly, for 3 months.

What you will do:

• Engage with children, young people, and their families to build trust and ensure their needs are met effectively.
• Manage diverse cases, including child-in-need, child protection, legal proceedings, and looked after children, bringing about positive change.
• Work closely with specialist practitioners to conduct assessments like Reg 24’s, VA’s, and Pre-birth Parenting Assessments.
• Foster a collaborative working atmosphere with Family Practitioners to deliver intervention and direct work with children.
• Model best social work practices to support our Ofsted Improvement Plan.
