Social Worker - Family Safeguarding Team in Rochdale UK, £40 per hour, hourly. What you will do:
- Mentor and support up to 12 ASYE’s as they navigate their roles.
- Act as a role model for best practice in social work.
- Assist in assessment and planning for family interventions.
- Perform direct observations and contribute to quality reports.
- Help develop bespoke training programmes.
- Engage in performance management and quality assurance.
- Lead reflective discussions and support meetings.
- Collaborate with the Work Force Development team.

A proven record of producing high-quality written documents and excellent support for ASYE’s or holding Practice Educator status is essential.
