Adult Social Worker - Social Care Qualified Herefordshire UK £35 per hour Temporary Ongoing

We are searching for two experienced locum Adult Social Workers to take on the crucial task of conducting Care Act Reviews. Working 37 hours a week and earning an impressive £35 per hour through a limited or umbrella company, you will be based at the vibrant location of Plough Lane in Hereford. This ongoing temporary role offers a chance to play an integral part in improving the adult social care experience across the county.

What you will do:

• Conduct Care Act Reviews aimed at assessing and ensuring the ongoing eligibility and needs for care and support services of adults in the community.
• Utilise your strong understanding of the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 to deliver informed, compliant, and thorough reviews.
• Complete 4 to 5 reviews each week, adjusting for case complexity, ensuring each client receives thoughtful and tailored evaluations.
• Employ a strengths-based approach in assessment, promoting positive outcomes and increased independence for service users.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to complete Safeguarding Enquiries, enhancing safety and well-being for the people you support.
• Maintain high standards of communication and documentation, employing systems such as the Mosaic client database efficiently, with additional training provided if necessary.
