Job Title: Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse
Location: CAMEO South Team – Adult Specialist Mental Health Department, Cambridge
Hourly Rate: £26.51
Contract Type: Ongoing (initial 3-month period, with potential for extension)
Working Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm), minimum 4 days / 30 hours per week required

Main Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload, providing care coordination and support to individuals experiencing psychosis.

Participate in the team Duty rota, delivering immediate support and response when required.

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver early intervention services aligned with team values and objectives.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate individualised care plans.

Build therapeutic relationships with service users, supporting recovery and promoting mental well-being.

Ensure adherence to safeguarding protocols and complete an enhanced DBS check where necessary.
