What you will do:

- Work collaboratively with other agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding and service delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and review care plans to ensure they meet the needs of individuals.
- Support the Adult Safeguarding Team through strategic planning and service improvements.
- Mentor and support junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
