What you will do:

• Conduct assessments and coordinate care within the CAMHS setting to support children and young people.
• Apply the Care Programme Approach in planning and delivering comprehensive support strategies.
• Perform mental health triage, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses to urgent needs.
• Engage with cases involving Eating Disorders and Autistic Spectrum Conditions, delivering specialised interventions.
• Collaborate with Social Care provision to develop robust support structures for adolescents.

This placement at the Sue Nichols Centre (Bierton Rd, Aylesbury, HP20 1EG) commences on 1st April 2025 and concludes on 30th May 2025. As a Band 7 CLN RMN, your expertise will be essential in managing complex cases efficiently and compassionately.
