Main Responsibilities

• Provide specialist high-risk foot care for diabetic patients with complications, including active foot ulcers and Charcot neuroarthropathy.

• Work within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised treatment plans for patients.

• Conduct thorough assessments and devise effective treatment pathways to ensure high standards of care and management of diabetic foot complications.

• Educate patients and their families on the importance of foot care and preventative measures to preserve foot health.

• Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to service development and quality improvements.
