An exciting new opportunity has come up for a driven and proactive Head of Sales to join the busy team at this small portfolio of versatile event venues in London. The Head of Sales will support in leading a dynamic sales team to exceed targets, you will be a real people person, full of new and innovative ideas and always thinking outside the box. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the business, driving revenue growth and business expansion.

Experience:
- Strong venue/event sales experience from a corporate background
- Previous experience of managing a sales team within an events venue
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Confident in creating and delivering a proactive sales strategy
- Experience of managing budgets and financials
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
