Food and Beverage Manager - 4* Hotel, Southampton
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead the operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and effective team management while operating within budgetary guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets

Maintain outstanding levels of customer service and satisfaction

Ensure adherence to brand standards and company policies

Recruit, train, manage, and develop the food and beverage team

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently

Manage budgets related to food, beverage, and staffing costs
-
Set and monitor departmental goals, schedules, and procedures
-
Collaborate on menu development with culinary team members

Conduct monthly stock takes and manage inventory
-
Motivate and incentivise team members to drive sales and performance
-
Conduct performance reviews and development plans for managers

Regularly evaluate guest feedback to support continuous improvement

Lead effective team communications and departmental meetings

Promote sustainable practices and environmental awareness

Support interdepartmental cooperation and uphold safety standards
