Are you looking to build a career within customer service and administration? Our client is looking for a motivated and organised After Sales Coordinator to join their growing team in Nantwich. The Role

As an After Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring all after-sales activities run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinating appointments and managing service schedules.
• Processing customer requests and updating internal systems with accurate information.
• Providing regular updates to customers throughout the after-sales process.
• Maintaining customer records and ensuring all documentation is kept up to date.
• Working closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Supporting the wider team with general administration and reporting duties.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people and has excellent organisational skills.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience in a customer service, administration or office-based role.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience using CRM or database systems would be beneficial but isn't essential.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
