What you will do:

• Administer medications and monitor patients for any side effects or adverse reactions.
• Carry out patient assessments and develop tailored care plans to meet individual needs.

• Accurately document patient information while maintaining confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification with relevant NMC registration.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
