What you will do:

• Support the Supported Living Manager in leading the team and ensuring high standards of person-centred care.

• Work directly with service users to promote independence and improve quality of life.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff, maintaining excellence in positive behaviour support and care delivery.

• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, families, and carers to implement and review tailored support plans.

• Deputise for the Supported Living Manager as required, fostering a positive, inclusive environment.

• Plan shifts and ensure safe staff allocation for optimal service delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of service delivery in line with HSC and organisational policies.

• Promote effective communication within the team and with external agencies.
