What you will do

• Manage a specialist caseload of children and young people with acquired brain injuries, providing high levels of care and support.

• Undertake highly specialist Speech and Language Therapy assessments to identify and address communication challenges.

• Deliver targeted rehabilitation interventions for children and young people with complex needs, aiming for impactful outcomes.

• Assess and manage communication difficulties associated with acquired brain injury, providing tailored treatment plans.

• Play a vital role in neuropsychological assessments and rehabilitation programmes, leveraging your expertise to drive positive change.

• Act as a care coordinator for clients as required, ensuring holistic care approaches that consider all aspects of their health and well-being.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary neurorehabilitation team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance service delivery.

• Support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical needs of service users, ensuring comprehensive care.

• Liaise with families, carers, and external agencies to ensure a coordinated and supportive approach to treatment.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and reports, ensuring high standards of documentation.

• Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives, helping to shape the future of therapy services.
