We're recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial activities across major projects and bids within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and provide guidance to project and bid teams.
• Manage contract compliance, governance, and commercial risk.
• Support high-value bids and complex contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Act as the escalation point for complex commercial issues.
• Contribute to budget management, reporting, and business performance.
• Lead and develop commercial team members.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Law, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience.
• Significant commercial management experience on large, complex projects.
• Extensive working knowledge of NEC4, ideally including the Professional Services Contract (PSC).
• Strong background in contract management, commercial strategy, and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
