What you will do:

• Collaborate with the Commissioning Manager and partners to execute and develop commissioning strategies for optimising resources.
• Analyse data with the Business Support and Business Intelligence teams to produce insightful reports on performance and costs.
• Facilitate commissioning business processes, including quality assurance and liaison on financial and procurement matters.
• Lead engagement activities with service users, families, and stakeholders to identify service needs and gaps.
• Support procurement processes, including drafting specifications and evaluating tender submissions.
• Conduct research and analysis to support market development and ensure services meet the needs of individuals and carers.
• Provide guidance on commissioned services and prepare analytical reports for various audiences.
• Utilise market data for strategic documents, contributing to service planning and commissioning strategies.
• Ensure productivity and manage information securely through effective IT systems and applications.
• Uphold a culture of inclusivity and high standards, ensuring health and safety for all.
