Location: Blyth, Northumberland
Pay Rate: Competitive
Start Date: October 2026
We’re looking for an experienced Telehandler to start in October on a long-term project based in Blyth, Northumberland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating the telehandler to lift, transport, and place materials at precise locations and heights
- Conducting pre-operational checks and daily safety inspections, reporting any faults or maintenance needs
- Loading and unloading materials
- Navigating job sites safely, considering terrain, overhead obstructions, and other personnel
- Communicating effectively with spotters, riggers, and ground personnel using hand signals or radios
- Attaching and using various attachments such as forks, buckets, jibs, or work platforms according to task requirements
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment around the equipment
Requirements
- Valid CPCS Card – Telehandler (all sizes)
- Must have 5+ years in operating telehandler on construction sites
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test
