Job Title: Family Recovery Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Recovery Coordinator to join a Drug and Alcohol Service in Reading. What you will do:

Support families throughout the recovery journey by providing tailored advice, guidance, and practical support.
Complete assessments and develop person-centred recovery and support plans.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies to deliver coordinated care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records of interventions and client progress.
Engage with community resources and services to strengthen support networks for individuals and families.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Relevant qualification in Social Work, Health and Social Care, Substance Misuse, Counselling, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Previous experience working within drug and alcohol, substance misuse, family support, or recovery services.
Strong assessment, case management, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of safeguarding, recovery-focused practice, and relevant legislation.
