THE ROLE

I’m looking for a General Manager for a s really foodie restaurant with some great growth plans. Think a short menu, fresh food, great wine and a small room that turns tables quickly. It’s busy, there’s a real buzz around it and the service is informal, warm and genuinely good.

You’ll be on the floor, working closely with the chefs and developing the team. The group has plans to open more restaurants at a considered pace, so there’s a chance to help shape those openings and grow into a wider ops role with them.

WHO I’M LOOKING FOR

• You’ll be an established GM who knows how to run a busy, quality-led restaurant.
• Ideally, you’ve worked in a chef-led business, or somewhere with a short, fresh menu and the kind of service that still feels personal when the room is full and you’re turning tables.
• You might have looked after multiple sites already, or you might be a GM who’s ready for that first step.
• I’d love to hear how you’ve developed the people around you and what you’d bring to a new opening. If you’ve opened restaurants before, even better.
