What's on Offer?
- Full-time, term-time only position (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm)
- Hold a University Degree of 2:1 or above (or be predicted to achieve this)

- Competitive weekly pay of £500 - £560, depending on experience

- Opportunity to support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Work closely with experienced teachers, SENCO, and support staff

About You : To be considered for this role, you will:
- Have previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, or educational setting (desirable but not essential)
- Have experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional learning needs (desirable)
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- Be enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to helping every child succeed
- Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
- Have strong teamwork and organisational skills
- Be passionate about supporting children's education and wellbeing
- Have the right to work in the UK
The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play an important role in helping pupils access learning and reach their full academic, social, and emotional potential. Working alongside class teachers and the wider support team, you will provide tailored support that enables every child to thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils across the primary curriculum
- Supporting children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language needs, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Delivering targeted literacy, numeracy, and intervention programmes
- Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and independence
- Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
- Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
