Locum Dental Nurse in Worcester, Worcestershire

Flourish Medical is looking for experienced Locum Dental Nurses to join our growing network of friendly and established dental practices across Worcester and the surrounding areas.

What we’re looking for

• Fully qualified Dental Nurse with current GDC registration
• Recent UK dental nursing experience
• Comfortable providing chairside support in a busy practice
• Experience with dental software such as SOE, R4 or similar
• Good understanding of infection control, decontamination and CQC standards
• Enhanced DBS and valid indemnity insurance, or willingness to obtain these
• Reliable, adaptable and confident working within different practice environments

Your role as a Locum Dental Nurse

Depending on the assignment, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing effective chairside support to dentists
• Preparing surgeries and ensuring instruments and equipment are ready
• Following all infection prevention and decontamination procedures
• Supporting patients and helping them feel comfortable throughout treatment
• Keeping clinical records and patient notes accurate and up to date
• Working as part of the wider dental team to maintain a smooth-running practice
