Marketing Manager – Entertainment & Hospitality - Up to £50,000

Brand-New Opening/ 1 Day WFH

We're working with an exciting client in the entertainment and hospitality space who is looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new destination. This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing strategy from day one, bringing together multiple brands, experiences and venues under one exciting project. This isn't a role for someone who likes to sit behind reports all day. We're looking for someone who's organised, proactive, full of ideas and happy to roll up their sleeves. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love new openings and enjoy seeing your campaigns come to life, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the marketing launch for an exciting new entertainment and hospitality concept.
  • Developing and delivering creative marketing campaigns across multiple brands and venues.
  • Creating engaging social media content and managing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels.
  • Driving audience growth, event attendance and venue bookings through targeted marketing activity.
  • Planning and executing email marketing campaigns, using segmentation, testing and performance insights to maximise engagement.
  • Working closely with external creative, PR, social and content agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across food & beverage, events and entertainment offerings.
  • Tracking campaign performance and using data to optimise activity and drive commercial results.

What we're looking for:

  • At least five years' marketing experience within hospitality, food & beverage, live entertainment, music or similar customer-focused industries.
  • Strong understanding of marketing for hospitality venues, including restaurants, bars, private events and entertainment spaces.
  • Experience promoting live events, performances, club nights or similar experiences, with a proven ability to build excitement and increase attendance.
  • Confident creating content and managing social media, with experience across both organic and paid campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of email marketing, including audience segmentation, campaign planning, testing and performance analysis.
  • Experience managing external agencies and creative partners to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Creative thinker with a genuine passion for music, culture, hospitality and nightlife.

Nice to have:

  • Experience launching new venues, brands or hospitality concepts.
  • Background in hotel, destination or lifestyle brand marketing.
  • Experience working with artists, promoters, record labels or talent management.
  • Knowledge of sponsorships, partnerships or large-scale brand collaborations.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and content creation tools.
