What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and reviews within the homes of children and young people.
• Provide expert advice, guidance, and signposting to other relevant services.
• Recommend and supply standard and bespoke specialist equipment.
• Apply your solid experience to implement both minor and major adaptations.
• Carry out manual handling assessments and risk assessments.
• Collaborate closely with partner organisations such as the NHS, local authorities, and schools including the Child Development Centre (CDC).

Qualifications / Requirements / Person Specification:

• HCPC registration is essential.
• A valid driving licence is required, as the position involves travel to various locations across Walsall.
