What you will do:

Manage housing compliance projects, including HMO licensing and related regulatory work.
Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports to support enforcement activities and policy development.
Work collaboratively with council departments and external stakeholders to promote safe and secure housing standards.

Requirements:

Experience in private sector housing enforcement and housing-related legislation.
Strong knowledge of HHSRS and housing compliance procedures.
