Job Details:

• Pay: £12.80 per hour (rising to £13.26 per hour after 12 weeks)
• Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 8:00 am–4:30 pm | Friday 8:00 am–3:30 pm
• Duration: Temporary (Temporary ongoing with a view of going permanent for the right candidate)

Job Role: As a Production Operative, you will support kiln operations in a precision manufacturing environment. The Production Operative will load ceramic components, monitor firing cycles, and ensure production outputs meet required standards. This role is critical in maintaining kiln efficiency and achieving production targets.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a Production Operative or within a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial kilns or thermal processing equipment
