What you will do:

- Lead the planning, development, and delivery of safer and stronger communities programmes and initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects and workstreams to ensure delivery within agreed timescales, budgets, and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local authorities, health organisations, police, voluntary sector agencies, and community groups.
- Support community safety strategies relating to prevention, safeguarding, anti-social behaviour, vulnerability reduction, and public wellbeing.
- Monitor programme performance, analyse data, and produce reports for senior leadership and partner organisations.
- Identify funding opportunities and support commissioning or grant-related activities where required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, safeguarding procedures, equality frameworks, and organisational policies.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and community engagement activities.
- Provide advice and recommendations to senior managers regarding community safety priorities and service improvements.
- Manage programme risks, issues, and resource allocation effectively.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation across prevention and community safety services.
