We are Hiring: Rota Coordinator  

Supported Living & Community Support | Norwich  
Permanent | Flexible hours across a 7day rota  

Are you highly organised, calm under pressure, and great at managing competing priorities?  

We are looking for a Rota Coordinator to join our Supported Living and Community Support Service to play a vital role in keeping the services running safely and smoothly.  

Working closely withManagers, you will ensure employees are deployed effectively and ensure the rostering is well planned, responsive, and aligned with the employee and customer needs to ensure we can deliver high quality, consistent, responsiveand person-centered support every day.  

You will be joining at an exciting time and be a key member of the new created service and support the move from paper to a digital rota system. 

 What you will do:  

  • Create and manage staff rotas across the supported living and community services  

  • Respond quickly to shortnotice and emergency rota changes  

  • Allocate employees effectively based on skills, training, and the customers support needs 

  • Be the first point of contact for rota queries for Managers and Employees.    

  • Ensure compliance with working time regulations and organisational policies  

 What we are looking for:  

  • Experience in rota planning or workforce coordination  

  • Strong organisation, communication, and problemsolving skills  

  • Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word  

  • Ability to stay calm in a fastpaced environment  

  • An understanding of confidentiality, GDPR, and safeguarding
